The App works well for me most of the time but one property I go to it just drops out, is there something I can do to ensure it doesn’t?
This is a technical connectivity problem which all Apps unfortunately experience from time to time. The best solution to this problem is to use one of the wireless networks available at the property rather than 3G network. This can be achieved through the App network settings with a step by step on how to connect.
